Green building is environmentally sustainable, which aims to maximize the conservation of resources, protect the environment and reduce pollution throughout the building’s life cycle. Green building rating systems is tool to assess the buildings’ sustainability and improve them.


BREEAM established by the UK was the first in the world. Consequently, many green building rating systems including LEED (America), GBTOOL (Canada), CASBE (Japan) and GREENSTAR (Australia) have gradually been established, which are the most representative of the mainstream of the international evaluation systems. With the direction of these rating systems, many countries.
