Nanjing FengShang residential project is located in Nanjing Xiaguan District. Qinhuai River is in the south and east to preserve the integrity of the Ming Dynasty ancient city wall. The project surrounded by trees and has unique historic landscape resources.

Project using advanced energy saving technology and commitment to zero net energy consumption. Project use of renewable energy sources (geothermal and solar energy) for air conditioning systems and providing hot water. Compared to the conventional system energy consumption decreased by 30%~50%. The system relies on the ground source heat pump consumes one unit of electric energy can obtain the total energy of about 4 units. It’s higher than the air source heat pump efficiency. Capillary radiation air-conditioning system and ventilation system provides a very high degree of comfort, at the same time saving 20-30% energy than conventional systems. The project has the equipment room for heat pump and getting heat/cold from the underground by drilling. No boiler room, no cooling tower and no air conditioning outdoor unit in the project, so will not discharge CO2, SO2, noise to the environment. Air supply vents installed in the floor and air return vents designed in bathroom. Reserved silencing vents can balance and ensure the air of the room, also fresh air will be send to room 24hour per day. In addition, before the fresh air supply into the room, fresh air should be Purification, regulating humidity and temperature first to ensure the indoor environment quality.
